Our company recently celebrated the retirement of Dick Betsch, who was Arco’s general manager for more than two decades. While we greatly miss Dick Betsch already, Arco is in great hands for years to come under the forward-thinking guidance of Jason McIntyre. Join us in welcoming him to our team!
Get to Know Jason
Jason is no stranger to Arco or this industry. He brings 24-plus years’ experience to Arco, having worked on the manufacturing side of the pre-engineered steel building business. In his professional journey, Jason has worked directly with most departments, from shipping to the front office and everything in between. His understanding of the industry’s ins and outs makes him a tremendous asset to Arco as he persistently works to provide the best products and solutions for our customers.
His commitment to honesty and the Arco difference make him a great fit for the company and our mission for every customer. He adds, “The Arco difference to me is the best possible service at the most competitive price—making sure the building best combines the customer’s wants, needs, and budget.”
Jason sees the value in Arco’s versatile, experienced, and eager team. Everyone plays a role in supporting the company’s future and customers; Jason says, “We have established veteran salespeople here as well as a more recent influx of youth into the sales force. Blending the product knowledge of the vets with the more technologically geared younger employees, we are in a great position to build upon the previous successes of Arco over the past 43 years.”

Outside of Arco, Jason, a proud cheer dad, enjoys spending time outdoors by hunting and golfing in addition to woodworking and small building projects.
