At Arco Steel, we have had one of the most interesting and creative years we have ever experienced. Like so many other business owners we have had to keep a sharp eye on the economic home front. And let’s face it, we’ve all felt challenged at one time or another.

This year we have seen many of our customers experience amazing growth leading to more requests for large building spaces, and we have been so honored to help fulfill that need. And while like everyone we have seen costs rise, we are proud to say that Arco Steel Building Systems has remained steadfast in our commitment to offering the highest quality materials at affordable prices with an unwavering dedication to excellent customer service. That is why we are also proud to share that 75% of our sales are from repeat customers and personal referrals.

There is no doubt that our customers are the best out there, but what has allowed us to grow such wonderful relationships that keep our customers coming back, is the Arco “family” team. While each and every Arco Steel team member is an individual with exceptional skills, expertise, and talents, we all have one goal, seeing our customers happy.
Each team member shares the same Arco Steel Building Systems’ vision of devotion and faithfulness to providing amazing products with extraordinary customer service. And the proof of this has been seen in some of the most creative, astounding, and impressive steel buildings found anywhere in the South.
One such project is the Marshallberg Farm (Fish Hatchery) East in Smyrna, North Carolina. This amazing customer required a customized steel building that could house their very unique services and product offerings; and Arco Steel delivered.
Set against the beautiful backdrop of the North Carolina countryside, Arco Steel’s expert team of specialists helped to create the perfect steel building solution. The Marshallberg Farm steel building is not just functional but has the expansion capacity for continued growth. In addition, the building’s aesthetics help it to fit into the natural beauty of the property it’s on.
And along the way were several Arco Steel team members helping customers like Marshallberg Farm East to make their vision come true from the first phone call to the first swimming sturgeon. No matter how unique the need the Arco Steel team is ready for the challenge. One of those team members is our very own, Perry Godley

Perry Godley has been a part of the Arco Steel family for 14 years as a building consultant. With a dedication to seeing Arco’s customers outfitted with the perfect steel building solution, it is no wonder he has been awarded “Employee of The Year” two different times.
“My most memorable experiences are of the people in the Arco Steel office and the creativity of taking a customer’s info and turning that into a building. It’s especially an honor when I get repeat orders from customers who keep calling back. Working at Arco Steel has been a fun and fulfilling experience.”
Perry Godley
Perry Godley recently announced his retirement after 14 years. Known as one of the most experienced, knowledgeable resources in the steel building industry, the Arco Steel family is sad to see him go but elated that Perry has many wonderful days of golf ahead with his lovely wife and best furry friend, his dog.
