The Big Thank You!
Our active military men and woman serving outside the United States deserve a huge supportive message from home – especially during the Holidays.
That's why we're asking you take 5 minutes and join with the Arco Steel Building employees and their families who are sending letters and notes of gratitude to our United States soldiers. We're doing our part for radio's The Bert Show, who has organized The Big Thank You
There are more than 150,000 active duty soldiers serving our Nation outside of the USA. Taking just 5 minutes to write one or two letters truly does make a difference to these men and women who are sacrificing so much for us. They are away from their families and putting their lives in danger so that we can experience the freedoms of this great country.

How To Make A Difference For A Soldier
You can mail your letter(s) directly to The Bert Show, or email your personal thoughts to sales@arcosteel.com and we will deliver them. So that the letters can be delivered to the soldiers for Thanksgiving, these need to be sent to either The Bert Show or sales@arcosteel.com by Thursday, October 30th , so please hurry!
Guidelines For Letter Writing
Each letter should be heartfelt, handwritten, original, and free of any political statements. The purpose of the letter is to express thanks to the military personnel currently deployed outside the United States. We reserve the right to eliminate those messages that are political in nature and do not reflect a positive message in the spirit of Thanksgiving.
- All letters must be on 8.5" x 11" paper or smaller.
- Do not use glue, tape, staples, cardboard, glitter or otherwise attach anything to the paper.
- NO construction paper.
- Decorate using crayons, markers, pens or pencils.
- Use both sides if you like, but use one page per letter only.
- Do not send greeting cards or photographs.
- Feel free to include your mailing and email address.
- Individual letters should not be sealed in envelopes.
- Do not send anything except letters
- If you have multiple letters, the top page in the bundle should indicate clearly how many letters are included.
- When submitting 10 or fewer letters, the letters can be folded to fit into a standard business-size envelope.
